I see some new routes are available. Any volunteers to build templates? Hi Norm, Can you tell me about the new routes you are refering to? Maybe some have slipped under my watchful eye. I am preparing to send Steve the finished Northwest Line 3 template. I have started working on the South Africa's Western province 2 route, recently released. But this one should be a quick one once engaged into. Also checked the UP Salina sub route. Despite the many marked sidings present inside, many others seem missing. I didn't have much opportunity to examine this one in depth because of my current projects. Checked the latest Indian route I think was the Nagpur; no marked sidings on that one. Let me know about the ones available to work on. Thanks -------------------- Denis Gionet

Denis, I believe that you and Benny have them all covered. THe four routes were LSRC, Nagpur, SAWP-2, and Salina. If you or anyone else had posted about templates for these routes, I did nnot see them. Based on what you say, LSRC is still open for a template. You are working on SAWP-2 (I assume an adaptation of your previous SAWP template). Nagpur is out. And Salina is a maybe, but still unspoken for. THANKS! -------------------- Norman

The 200 mile route, from Worcester to Mosselbay, stands East of the Western Province 1 route which was from Bellville to Worcester and is West of the Garden Route, located Between Mosselbay and Oudtshoorn. This new route links earlier routes made for MSTS. Now the South African route network from Capetown to Oudtshoorn is now covered by 4 of Joppie Saayman's routes, totalling about 375 miles. Also I am in the process of downloading the LSRC route and will examine its content and evaluate its potential for a possible template. -------------------- Denis Gionet

With a number like SAWP-2 it might indicate either a revision to a previous route or possibly another route. Thanks for the clarification. AFter you look at LSRC, be sure to let us know if it is set up for activities and also whether you want to do the template. -------------------- Norman

Hi Norm, I have checked the route and is a perfect candidate for a template. In addition, documentation included gives us lots of detail about the type of cars suggested for each siding. Great for a template! It is a very detailed route and my PC has crashed a few times, despite having lowered down some sliders and configured my card for optimum performance rather than detail. Will have to lower evenmore my sliders to operate the route. If no one else volunteers, I could work on it after the SAWP-2. -------------------- Denis Gionet
