When attempting to change locomotives the changes appear to take place, but do not actually change, since when reloading the activity, the original engines are still there. I reinstalled the updated AM with the same results. |

Norm's advice is good, this part might be a little confusing. You need to press the "OK" button and then the "Replace Rolling Stock" button on the main screen, to actually get any replacements. I've posted a couple of short tutorials on Activity Master on exactly how to do all this, it takes you through the whole process step by step. Have a look on our new Video Tutorials page at www.skylinecomputing.com Also another possibility, this has happened to some users, if you have multiple MSTS installs or "mini-routes", it's possible that you can be working in one version or copy of MSTS, actually replace the locomotives, but when you start MSTS you are in the other version.
