Hi to all,

Just found out that the Northwest Line v3.0 is about to be released at the Mophouse Forum and would like to have the privilege to make a template for this one. If some may remember, the Northwest line v2.0 was my very first template back in 2007

Cheers

Hi to all,

Here's a run-down on what's has been done and what users should expect about the Northwest line 3 template package. As many of us already know, there are three railroad companies being part of this route: The CN, CP and BNSF lines. So the package was built having in mind the operations of all three lines simultaneously.

There are six templates for the route, EB and WB templates for each Railroad, 24 different paths throughout the whole system (includng interchanges between all three railroads), more than 30 different consists and 40 AI trains along the entire system (EB and WB traffic ). Two traffic patterns were created, each to accomodate EB and WB traffic respectively. Remember thare are only 8 downloads required, 5 from the Mophouse-MLT Downloads and 3 from the train-sim site.

John (ImCanadian), Benny (bennycdn) as well as myself have been doing a barrage of tests for about 10 days now and some minor changes were made to make this template a lot better than the one for v2, which happened to be my very first template for AG3 at the time. I am very satisfied of the results and believe you will enjoy it too. Normally this would be sent now to Steve for uploading but am holding it pending Steve's invesigation about the problem related to the Permissive signalling issue posted in the AG topic. The problem here is that AG4 couldn't change the route's sigscr.dat file to allow Permissive signalling. Thanks Steve for looking into the problem!

Here are some images during testing of the templates.

Will wait for Steve's investigation

In the meantime, enjoy the pictures
