l and h r tamplates not working Options

hi guys im new here , i bob good of umatilla fl i got A G last week and downloaded the tamplates for l and h r 1940 . it will not load to 2ed page to make the activity it says missing service file contact the tamplate maker . so i trayed l and h r 3 same thing then l and h r maybrook witch i have same thing . then i did mlt bridge line and it works have made 4 activitys on it so far . then i tryed f j and g and got same massage , missing service file. any help would be thankful. bob g (bobgfla)

hi ok i put the consists into the consist file . i looked in the files it has the service file in there in l and hr 1920m activitys . what am i doing wrong i got the mlt bridge line to work ok but can,t get any of the l and hr tampleats to work . i have the maybroke set and thats has 2 activitys downloaded and working from r fonza . any ideas ????please help .
