Hello to all,
As many of you know, the CP Mactier Sub was released last week in TS. The route also includes the entire Barrie-Collingwood (BCRY) short line between both cities. Only one engine is part of the BCRY roster, which is the BCRY 1001 GP9. Unfortunately, the engine was available nowhere among the MSTS downloads. Last Saturday, I have decided to try to create the GP9 for the BCRY. The newly BCRY 1001 has been successfully done and is now available in the Mophouse site as of today for download. Here it is: Also earlier this week, Ted Kocyla has enhanced the route with its texture upgrade. I wanted to finish the BCRY 1001 before going any further with plans to announce my intention to create a template. Now this and the texture upgrade are done, I am now ready to offer to create one for the route, if no one else has already started it. -------------------- Denis Gionet

Hello to all,
Work on the template seems to go very well at this point. My testers haven't come back with some serious issues to resolve,so far. On my side, I am continuing testing the SLG-generated acts. This time, I have been working NB on an extra with intermodals from Lambton to the Vaughan Yards and also started one NB mixed at Ypres with some pickups at Utopia and at Midhurst. Some shots: Lambton at the diamond. Just shows here the extent of Ted's work with the upgrade. Arrival of the extra in Vaughan. Picking up cars in Utopia. Work at Midhurst (MP 67) Had to toggle to manual switching to access the two cars. Once done, I have returned back to the original mode. Don't forget to save first, exit, toggle, reload, work your cuts, save again, toggle back to the original settings and finally reload your act to resume. In Craighurst After the work at Midhurst, I have collided further ahead with the oncoming SB at MP 84. Glad I have save the act at Midhurst! I have reloaded the work and stopped at Craighurst on a green, moved back slightly and then appeared the red signal and waited for the SB mixed to pass.Remember, back and forth movements may trigger a distant train to move ahead and collide further, especially if the train is not that far or is inside the circuit.I have moved back 15 minutes the traffic time of this AI train to allow extra time to work the cuts if necessary. You may not need it but it is done just in case. In the template readme file, I have added the link of the following topic so after the templates get uploaded, you can still get some detailed information that the readme file may omit. Well that's it so far and will continue updating. -------------------- Denis Gionet
