Norm posted a template on 12-15-10 for "Birmingham 3" As far as I can tell, the Birmingham v3 route is still under construction, based on posts on Train-sim dated after the release of the template. Im curious as to which version of Birmingham the template is for?

The template Norm posted is for Version 3 which is still coming. I sent Norm an advance copy while I worked on several matters that did not affect the construction of the template. It is close but still not ready yet.
