Norm posted a template on 12-15-10 for "Birmingham 3" As far as I can tell, the Birmingham v3 route is still under construction, based on posts on Train-sim dated after the release of the template. Im curious as to which version of Birmingham the template is for?

A template for Birmingham Version 3 has been available for download since 2010. As far as I can tell, that route has never been available. Does anyone know something about availability? Where to find it? If not, why not take it down.
