Assigning a brake van (caboose) in a consist, Identification problem Options

Hi Steve,

I have finished my first region in the Adelaide route and while creating my first activity with AG, I have encountered a problem in trying to assign a Brake van to the player consist, which is standard with Australian trains, like in the UK.

Curiously, the South Australian Railways Brake van which the file name is "AU_sarGBVan_MSTS1_Setup" is listed among the carriages and not among the freight cars, as it was the case with the UK Brake Vans in Steyning and Burton templates. This is why it doesn't show up in the choices. The carriage label was found while checking with Conbuilder.

If possible, maybe the easy path forward is to change this to a freight car. Is there any good reason for it to be passenger?

Here's some information found in the readme file behind the Carriage labelling:

"Over 100 8 ton bogie brakevans were built between 1904 and 1919 in numerous combinations of no passenger accommodation, one passenger compartment, two passenger compartments, ambulance, eyetesting, horse accomodation etc. The four models are taken from the "type 1" of which 72 were built from 1909 to 1919 and "type 256" of which there were 11 built from 1906 to 1914. They saw service on all lines. Type 256 which had no passenger compartment were used on passenger trains where the brakevan was principally used for the carriage of parcels etc, but passengers were accommodated in passenger carriages. Type 1, however mostly saw service on freight trains where some passenger accommodation may be needed as a "mixed goods". Most saw at least 50 years of service"

I have checked in TS and also at steam4me and there are no other brake vans available in the South Australian Railways banner. Is there a possibility that a future update of AG may offer the option for the user to select the location of the file to be used as, in case here' a Brake Van? Must admit such case would be rarely used but would be helpful as seen here.

We are learning some interesting facts about how other railway systems works. Probably, we will get increasing questions like that as we get to grow in knowledge of railway systems in other countries.

But in the meantime, I may suggest, in the readme file, to change in the WAG file the type name from "Carriage" to "Freight" to have the Brake Van included in the listing.
