Cajon Pass (Payware) Missing Con File |

I am getting a missing con file report from Train Store for the Cajon Pass Payware Template. The missing con file is "CPA1_BNSF_GrainVegOil.con". I am not very familar with how to read the template files, but somehow, this consist is missing on my computer. Can someone help? Thanks!
