Hi, I guess I should feel somewhat embarrassed in asking for a template for FPM's Pacific Surfliner route but I still believe it to be one of the best most realistic routes available. I would love to see a template for it so it could reach it's full potential. I have (secretly) talked to others who agree it is a very good route and who admit using it late at night with the curtains drawn and the doors locked. As a former Amtrak Engineer, Zone 1-A, I can attest to it's performance - it's got the most realistic feel to it. I had to wait a year and half with FPM having my money before the route was finally delivered but that was years ago and I have enjoyed running passenger and freight trains across it for years. A template will help ensure years more of enjoyment. PLEASE make a SURFLINER template.

Thanks and here's hoping, RD Barchfield (aka - hoghead)

The route is great for running passenger trains and a template really won't help with that. The problem with creating a template for this route is a lot of the sidings aren't named. I'm having trouble getting around that. I do hope to create one one day, but I am not sure when. I am currently working on a tempalte for the PRR route by request.

Thanks,

Steve
