Hi all,
I am in the process of modifying my copy of this route( for my own personal use) in order to create a template...but I have a couple of questions concerning some RE mods. The majority of siding markers on this route are in need of "stretching" and I am rolling along nicely on these. There are a few industrial spurs that have no markers at all on them, but I believe this is easily taken care of !?!? This will not corrupt the tdb. file, correct? I also noticed that many of the passing sidings have markers that are also "unstretched", is it necessary to have the markers go from one end of the siding to the other, for the templates sake I mean?? Any guidance on this effort is appreciated.... wink.gif

As long as you are careful not to change anything except the track markers, the .tdb file should not corrupt. Unless you plan to use the passing sidings for pick up and set out events, then there is no need to stretch these markers.

Norman, thanx for your response, much appreciated. As for naming and marking "un-named spurs", I don't see a .mkr file in the root folder for this route. Can this .mkr file be imported from another route or am I at a dead end? sad.gif

I know nothing about .mkr files. As an alternate, you can carefully examine the industry while in RE. Then place a track marker, stretch it, and name it appropriately.
