Hello to all,
As many of you know, the CP Mactier Sub was released last week in TS. The route also includes the entire Barrie-Collingwood (BCRY) short line between both cities. Only one engine is part of the BCRY roster, which is the BCRY 1001 GP9. Unfortunately, the engine was available nowhere among the MSTS downloads. Last Saturday, I have decided to try to create the GP9 for the BCRY. The newly BCRY 1001 has been successfully done and is now available in the Mophouse site as of today for download. Here it is: Also earlier this week, Ted Kocyla has enhanced the route with its texture upgrade. I wanted to finish the BCRY 1001 before going any further with plans to announce my intention to create a template. Now this and the texture upgrade are done, I am now ready to offer to create one for the route, if no one else has already started it. -------------------- Denis Gionet

Hi to all,
I have received earlier from Ted Kocyla the beta version of the Mactier Sub, which is expected to be released soon. Pending its official release, I have started slowly with the templates, selecting the appropriate stock, configuring the traffic which will be part of the route and building the necessary paths. At this point, the templates included will probably be NB and SB for the CP, one for the BCRY and maybe some CP local work between the Honda plant in Alliston and the Spence yard, which is used to host the autoracks a few miles away, one or two which may involve the Vaughan Intermodal yard. I have looked at some traffic operations, provided by Sean at the Mophouse along the route and some among the intermodal range from 7000 to 10000 feet long! I may limit the train's length in regards to MSTS limitations and also taking in consideration users with older computers, this I will look into the issue later. Ted has worked hard and was worth the wait. So that's it so far. Once released, I will try to post some pictures as work progresses along the Sub. -------------------- Denis Gionet
