FBL 4.02 Frampton Shops, Mini Template done Options

Hi to all,

I have created a mini template for switching locos at the FBL 4.02 Frampton Shops. Make sure your turntable at Frampton is functional before using this template.

Downloads are minimal but make sure those downloads which requires NAVS are also installed.
