Yes. In fact TrainStore can help make it simpler to get just the rolling stock you want, when you use it with Activity Master. Here's how: let's say you have a new activity for a route that runs modern UP equipment. To use Activity Master and Train Store together, first unstore all routes you have, that would have modern UP equipment that you have downloaded or purchased. Store all others so you don't get, say, the Flying Scotsman in the replacements. Then replace the rolling stock in that activity with the rolling stock you want to use from those other routes. Of course for best results it is best to use the "Specific List" feature or assign "types" to all of your rolling stock (so AM knows that a box car and a beam car aren't the same thing and not to replace a modern dash 9 with a switch engine like an SW1000).
