We've had a few requests for support in this forum, so I thought I'd share some guidelines on that so I can provide the best possible service to those who might need help with our programs. We've been able to help nearly everyone to get up and running, but sometimes it takes a little time. Here's what we ask: Try looking at the manual and viewing the video tutorials at http://www.skylinecomputing.com/video_tutorials.htm. Many questions are answered there. If that doesn't work feel free to post to this forum. That way you'll increase your chances of getting a quick answer since multiple people who can help, visit this forum. If you don't get a response from someone within 24 hours, or simply want to be sure your problem is addressed ASAP, please feel free to email me directly at SteveDavis@skylinecomputing.com . I tend to check my email a little more often than I check the forum. I am getting set up with a service provider to enable me to provide real-time on-line support (by appointment) over the Internet for any problems that are difficult to resolve over the phone or e-mail. This will cost me some money but hopefully will enable me to provide a higher level of service. So if you have a problem, email me directly, and I may ask you for your phone number and a time to call so I can either resolve your issue over the phone, or if necessary set up a remote session so that we can work together looking at your computer screen and resolve your issue. I'll pay for the call of course. Thanks for your support, Steve -------------------- Steve Davis
