Over the past couple of months, I've had forum members contact me for some of the missing templates. I believe there even was a post about some that Steve didn't have copies of some.
Well, I do have some good news for everyone. If there is one missing, that you knew was on the old server, check out the Wayback Machine (http://archive.org/web/web.php). I did find most
to be available there. I've been looking at the January 2014 archive. There were only two archives made last year, January and December. I think the January one is from before Steve
moved to a new server.

I have noticed three missing templates that also do not seem to be available on the wayback machine:
ACN
Birmingham (original route)
Boston & Maine
I have the ACN and could upload it, if that was desired.
The other two I do not have and would like to, especially the Boston & Maine.
