Quebec-Charlevoix template Options

Hi to all,

I have finally started working to build a template for the route and here's some update. The Eastbound template is now finished. The Rollingstock package coming with the route has been chosen which includes LLPX engines. Only this will be needed to use the template. That means that the timeframe for the template will be as of today under the Chemin de Fer du Québec (CFQ) ownership. I have encountered some problems with one boxcar, the ABOX car which Activity master registered it as missing (so did Train Store) while at the same time I was able to use it in the sim with no problems. This caused me quite some headaches in trying to find the problem, trying many things with no results. Have decided to remove it and made a substitute with the other boxcars.

Also there were coupling problems at the Léo Cauchon private siding causing also derailments. I have tested the area at least five times with changes but ending with the same results. I have finally changed the coupler settings of the engines and rolling stock with OTTODAD's universal coupler settings and using the slack coupling settings to resolve the problem. Changes to the settings were made with EngMod2, which was a great help with the simultaneous changes. All went fine after.

I was able to test the whole length of the route. Superb scenery! here's some screen shots to give you an idea. Will be starting the WB template soon and hope to have it ready by the end of next week
