I am the new kid on the block and am a for real conductor with Amtrak in Los Angeles. My train is the Sunset Limited and the Texas Eagle which I work between LAX and MRC (Phoenix). I don't have as much time to fiddle with the "geek" stuff as I'd like, but I do hope that I can make some new friends here and get a better understanding of MSTS and how to get activities to function the way I want them. Please be gentle and say hi if you like.

Welcome! Let me say that if you don't have a lot of time for MSTS, you may like Activity Generator. With it, in only a few minutes you can generate activities of varying complexity. Hence, if you don't have a lot of time, you can generate something simple, and go at it for half an hour. Or if you do have time, you can make it as complicated as you like -- for instance, I generated an activity for the NS Pokey route which took almost 12 hours to complete! Any questions about MSTS in general are welcome here. Hopefully we can help make your MSTS experience more enjoyable. -------------------- Norman
