Change engine Options

If this has been covered, I could not find it.

I want to run the Arkansas and Ozark series again. Every work order uses a engine called A&M. I have a favorite engine that works great for me called SW 1500. When a WO shows only one engine, I can usually get another engine by un storing all wo for that route. Is there a way to select a engine and install it so I can use that engine on a route like the A&O that has only one engine? Hope I have explained this ok. Thanks
