I just installed the USANJC-PRRTemplate and was looking to change some of the cars in the loose consists. However when I open the MSTS Activity Editor, everything shows for the route oxcept the "service info" which is checked. I can run activities from the template without any problems, I am just unable to change cars in sidings on the initial template.

Sorry to be slow in replying, Stephen.
If you change the cars used in the initial template you need to alter the activity file and the database of cars. It is somewhat complex. You can search the forums here for more and go through the instructions very carefully.
It isn't clear from your message if this is your intention.
