Can someone who already has this route please verify whether this route is properly constructed in order to create a template?  Does anyone want a template for this one?  Would someone else like to volunteer to create a template for this route? 

I hesitate because this route has 8 parts, approximately 45MB each.  Even with DSL internet service this will take me several hours to download. If it is not suitable for a template, I'm not interested in tying up my PC and internet with the downloads.

This one is off the list.  No template will be created at this time.

Pete Mulvey pulled the route down and looked at it.  He has done some template work recently, so he knows what to look for.  The route is devoid of proper track markers, and apparently has few industry tracks anyway.  Perhaps in the future this route will have revisions and/or additions which make it possible to create activities and a template.
