I have just found out that the Quebec-Charlevoix has been released at the following link:

I am in the process of downloading the 5 files (300MB) which includes the rolling stock and will check afterwards if the sidings are marked for a possible template. Quebec City is about a three hour drive from home.

I have checked the track configuration and all sidings are well marked, making it a perfect candidate for AG4. If no one else has the intention of building one for the route, I would like to have the privilege. I would like to start it once the Burton-Derby template uploaded and it may be soon.
