I want to change the rolling stock and engines to what I have in my MSTS.

After looking at the files, I assume all I need to do is:

1-Change the csv file (in the activities folder) rolling stock to shapes in my trainset folder (column A of the csv file) .
2-Change the consists in the Trainset/Consist folder.
3-Change the rolling stock in the template activities (in the activities folder) .

Did I miss anything ?

Rick,

This is correct.

Please note that the SWLACT csv file MUST correspond exactly to the cars in the activity file, or else you will get unexpected results. To make this easier, change out the rolling stock in the activity file first, and then generate a new SWLACT csv file. After generating the csv file, you must designate the car types in the file.

Please note that this is "easier" only if the template in question has 70 or less pick up events.
