I am shocked to hear you say this. Could it be that maybe you haven't been receiving the emails I've been sending you offering advice and answering your questions? I show that I have sent you about 14 email messages since you sent your first one to me.
I was under the impression that the only problem you had was that with one specific template, you were getting duplicate car numbers. That was a template we only posted recently and it wasn't even one I wrote. No matter I tried to help you. You had an earlier problem with the UP Clinton Sub. It was the exact same problem (repeating numbers on workorders) and again I'm pretty sure you simply aren't running the latest version of the program. When I say "No one else is having this problem" I'm not trying to minimize it nor am I making that up. But I'm not smart enough to figure out how to fix a problem if I can't get the problem to happen here nor can anyone else get it to happen.
You sent me a workorder and from that workorder it was clear that you were not running the latest version of Activity Generator (because it didn't have some of the information that version 3.2 prints on the workorders). I advised you to update to version 3.2. I asked you to run your version of Activity Generator and tell me what version it said you were running (this just yesterday on 3/31/2007). You never answered me. I was pretty sure installing the latest version would solve your problem. I believe you have downloaded the updates but I don't think you've installed them correctly. You can confirm for certain whether or not you are running 3.2 just by starting the program and looking at the version on the screen. Yesterday I sent you a screen shot of what the latest version should look like. Did you not receive that? Maybe you have some sort of spam filter turned on and your email system won't allow you to receive emails if there is a file attached? I have answered every email you have sent.
Way back on September 24 2006 you had a problem with a type mismatch because you changed the cartypes file, I helped you with that, I assume that worked as I didn't hear back afterwards.
I was unaware that you weren't satisfied with these programs.
If you truly aren't satisfied I'll refund your purchase price, no questions asked. This is NOT about the money, I only do this as a hobby. I charge a small amount so I won't have to provide support to people who don't really care about the programs. I figure if they're willing to pay $14 they really intend to use the programs. If this were freeware I simply wouldn't have the time, with a family and a full time job, to support all the users I might have.
Other than seeing duplicate numbers when generating activities using the the NNJ-NYC template, are you having any other problems? Are you having problems with Activity Master?
