Unfortunately, one thing has led to another. I have several template projects underway which were supposed to be completed at the same time as the routes were released (BCER and DTI v2), and due to my own poor time management and errors in my template work, neither is yet complete even though the routes are out. Once I complete these projects, I hope to investigate the Birmingham NS issues.

This template is specifically for v. 2 of the Birmingham route. I tried all four activity template files today, multiple times, and other than an occasional shape file fail to load (this is not a template issue), no errors at all.

Perhaps someone can be more specific about problems with this template, and then further trouble shooting will be possible.
