This is for Denis Gionet (e-mail didn't work)
AG generates acts okay, and they start and run okay, but when saved and try to restart saved act., get message "error in consist" or something to that effect, and the act won't load. Happens on both north and southbound. Have tried different engines and brakevans for the player consist, but it doesn't seem to matter - just won't open.
What do you suggest??
Thanks

Hi Ted,

I am at work right now. Once I get home, I will take a look at the issue. Quite strange! Can you give me some specs on your PC and the operating system you have. I'll try to find it out. I'll run some acts on my own PC, save them and try to open the saved acts. Will look at the player consists as well. Hope to find the problem you are encountering.

Made another act, and it started this time, but wouldn't connect cars - bounding boxes out of whack, I guess. I dropped the Guard Van from the new act, and it started, so maybe that was the problem.
Anyway, Thanks for your trouble.

Hello Ted,

Despite having some great routes to work on, more than once the stock needs some adjustment in terms of coupler or bounding box issues. It ain't easy to find appropriate stock and to find out later that some of them needs some coupling adjustments. This is why now with every template, I add some information about the bounding box and coupler issue in the readme file. You can use the Bounding Box software (bboxv1_2.zip) available at TS.com for some Bounding Box adjustments. If coupler problems arise, some topics about the subject have been addressed at the TS forums.
