One of our users has kindly pointed out that at least one path in this template begins in a location which requires a starting train length of 0.  My apologies to all of the users.  I thought that I had fixed all of this.

I have put on my list to check again this template, plus the Clinch Valley template, to ensure that all of these old paths have been revised.
