This is my 1st post here so, I'm not really aware where things are or where to find them. I am asking about the above referenced file, as it indicates that this file is available here.. This is for the NEC4 route templates. Any help on this?? Thanks for your time.. Roy

Follow this link to the templates page.

Then scroll down thru the templates to find the NEC4 template. On the right, in the description of the template, is the link to download the rolling stock pack. It's about 40 megs.
