I am using Activity Generator v3.2.1. This was an upgrade from Switchlist Generator. On every route that I have so far tried I get an error message when I try to save the new activity.

The error reads - "Missing file:'consist-preamble.dat'.Aborting, contact Skyline Computing." I have searched, but cannot locate this file.

Sorry, not good!  Did you install the program into the default folder of \Program Files\ActivityGenerator?  I've had some other users who have tried to do "tricky" things or didn't set the program up correctly and they have seen this problem.  If you were really using Switchlist Generator and not ActivityGenerator then the basic upgrade of downloading the update file and copying the .exe file doesn't work.  Upgrading from SwitchList Generator to ActivityGenerator is explained in detail on the "Patches & Updates" page at http://www.skylinecomputing.com/UpgradeToAG.htm

What I'm going to do is send you a FULL INSTALL of Activity Generator.  I can't send you a file using this forum but I will send it to you via e-mail since you also emailed me directly.  That should fix your problem.  If it doesn't we'll probably need to go on line and look at your installation together and figure out what happened.
