Hi everybody,

Joe Smith, who has been involved in creating the NCR route has posted recently ( in MLT downloads.com) a patch to correct some aspects of the NCR2 route. However, I have found out that four player paths in the present template have problems; Willits NB, Arcata SB, Rohnerville SB and Scotia SB have broken paths, the area the path is broken is between Outlet abd Longvale. That seems to have has occured after the installation of the patch.

Regenerating the paths again with AE will probably solve the problem. I have been able to do it with the first patch the Arcata SB.Has someone noticed the same problem after installing the patch?

Denis,

I had planned to test our template with the patch and hadn't had a chance to do it yet.  Now that you've confirmed that there is a problem, I will re-generate all the paths and post an updated template for the NCR with the current update set.

Thanks!

As is normal when a path gets changed.Since I made the switch at the Shoo-fly workable in both directions most paths will burp and new ones will default thru the tunnel, so if you want to create an activity using the shoo-fly, remember, it has problems with long cars. Why Brian the original creator started the excursion out of Dos Rios, no trains ever started from Dos Rios, always from Willits or Eureka depending on the year.

You should see how bad that line looks considering it has been shut down since 1998 or so, trees growing thru the tracks, hey are using one of the bridges to run pipes over, the breakwater by the power plant si almost washed away. They have a lot of major work to do to get it back into shape and I guess they have finally started to do that.I am working on extending the route further south as there is a very long and steep grade, should make for some exciting running, if I can ever get it to work right, seems anything over 3% has a problem being worked out in the SIM.
